  • Automatically Collected Data: The app uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized, non-personal usage data such as device type, operating system version, and general interaction events (e.g., which screens are viewed). This data does not include personally identifiable information (PII) like IP addresses, email addresses, or device IDs that could trace back to you.
  • Permissions: The app may request camera access solely for scanning QR codes. This permission is only used with your explicit consent and no data from the camera is stored or transmitted.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve app functionality and user experience.
  • To analyze aggregated usage trends (via anonymized analytics) to understand how users interact with the app.
  • To process quotation requests submitted through the external Formsite form and respond to your inquiries.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties, except:

  • Service Providers: We use Google Firebase Analytics as a service provider. They process anonymized data in compliance with Google Play policies and their own privacy standards.
  • External Form Provider (Formsite): The "Request a Quotation" form is hosted by Formsite. As the account owner, we use their platform to collect quotation requests. Formsite stores the data securely on our behalf and does not use, sell, or otherwise process form visitor data outside of normal support, upon our requests, or where legally required.   • Legal Compliance: If required by applicable law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Our app does not store, retain, or persist any personal user data directly within the app. Since the app does not require user accounts or collect user-submitted information within the app itself, there is no personal data retained by us.

  • Data from the "Request a Quotation" Form (Formsite): Any information you submit through the external quotation form is collected and securely stored by Formsite on our behalf. As the account owner, we have access to this data for the purpose of responding to your quotation requests. We retain this data only as long as necessary to fulfill your request or as required for legitimate business purposes. If you wish to request access to, correction, or deletion of your data submitted through this form, please contact us directly (see Section 9) and we will facilitate your request through Formsite.
  • Anonymized Analytics Data (Firebase): All usage data collected via Firebase is anonymized and used solely for aggregated analytics. This data is retained in Firebase only for the duration necessary to generate aggregated usage reports. Firebase may retain this data in accordance with their own data retention policies, but it cannot be linked back to individual users.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect any limited data processed by the app. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. For data submitted through the external quotation form, Formsite employs security measures including:

  • Always-secure connections (SSL/HTTPS) for all form interactions.
  • Encryption of files and data between browsers and their servers, as well as at-rest in their database.

6. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.
